By purchasing a product or booking a service, you agree to the terms applicable to that purchase or booking.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

2. Our services

We offer a range of cycling-related services, which may include:

  • Personalised monthly cycling coaching.

  • Individual cycling coaching and skills sessions.

  • Group coaching and practical workshops.

  • Cycling camps, organised rides and events.

  • Digital training plans, guides and educational resources.

The content, price and duration of each service will be explained before purchase or booking.

3. Coaching and training plans

Our coaching services are designed to help cyclists develop their skills, fitness, confidence and performance.

Training plans and coaching recommendations are tailored using the information clients provide about their goals, experience, fitness and available training time.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and relevant information and informing their coach of any changes that may affect their ability to train safely.

Coaching cannot guarantee a particular improvement, finishing time, competitive result or event outcome.

4. Payments

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.

Payment arrangements will be confirmed before purchase or booking.

Monthly coaching arrangements, including billing dates, minimum commitments (if any) and cancellation procedures, will be explained before a customer subscribes.

Payments may be processed securely by third-party payment providers.

We do not store customers' full payment card details.

5. Digital products

Digital products may include downloadable training guides, cycling resources, journals and training plans.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are supplied electronically following successful payment.

Digital products are provided for the purchaser's personal, non-commercial use.

Customers may download and use their purchased materials but must not reproduce, resell, redistribute or share them commercially without written permission.

Ownership of the underlying intellectual property remains with Personal Best Cycling Services or the relevant rights holder.

6. Digital purchases, cancellations and refunds

Consumers purchasing digital content online generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period.

Where customers expressly request immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that they will lose their statutory cancellation right once supply begins, that cancellation right may end when the digital content is supplied.

We will obtain the required consent and acknowledgement before providing immediate access where applicable.

Where the legal requirements for removing the cancellation right have not been met, the customer's statutory cancellation rights remain in place.

If a digital product is faulty, incorrectly described or not supplied as agreed, customers retain their applicable statutory rights.

Please contact us if you experience a problem accessing a purchase.

7. Coaching bookings and cancellations

Booking arrangements, including dates, duration, location and prices, will be confirmed before a coaching session is agreed.

Any rescheduling or cancellation conditions specific to the service will be communicated before booking.

For services purchased at a distance, customers may have a statutory 14-day cancellation right, subject to applicable exceptions.

Where a customer expressly requests that a service begins during the cancellation period, they may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already provided if they subsequently cancel, where permitted by law.

8. Cycling camps, events and group activities

Details of organised activities, including the location, itinerary, inclusions, exclusions, payment arrangements and cancellation terms, will be provided before booking.

Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions and comply with applicable road traffic laws.

Participants are responsible for ensuring that their bicycle and equipment are roadworthy and suitable for the planned activity.

Where an event involves additional providers, accommodation or travel arrangements, relevant additional terms will be communicated before booking.

9. Health and safety

Cycling and physical training involve inherent risks.

Participants should select activities appropriate to their experience, fitness and abilities and seek appropriate medical advice if they have concerns about their ability to participate safely.

Clients should advise their coach of relevant limitations or changes that could affect their training, where appropriate.

Personal Best Cycling Services does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment.

Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Website information

We aim to keep information about our services, products and prices accurate and up to date.

We may update website content, services and prices from time to time.

Changes will not retrospectively alter confirmed purchases or bookings unless agreed with the customer or otherwise permitted by law.

They must not be copied, republished or commercially distributed without the relevant permission.

We handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information provided for coaching or booking purposes will be used to administer the relevant services and communicate with customers.
